Derek Cline was an ice hockey official in Western New York for nearly 30 years. He officiated youth, high school and college games and was a familiar face around the rinks.
The Derek Cline Memorial Foundation awarded three scholarships to high school senior varsity hockey players in 2022, 2023, and 2024, one in each of:
