Ice Hockey Official's Camp Reimbursement
The Derek Cline Memorial Foundation is accepting applications for reimbursement of costs and fees up to $300 for those that successfully attend and complete official’s camps in 2024. We will approve a select number of applications and notify those selected prior to attending camp.
If selected, applicants will be required to submit the following after returning from camp:
- Proof that you attended camp to include:
- Camp director name and contact information.
- Location of the camp.
- Dates of attendance.
- Cost of the camp.
- Details of expenses incurred.
- Write a detailed letter about your positive and negative experience at camp to include:
- Classroom experience
- On-ice experience
- After camp, do you have a preference between refereeing or lining? Did that change after attending camp?
- Please include your overall thoughts about the camp.
- What are your ambitions regarding your future in officiating?
- Do you plan to attend future camps?
- What leagues do you wish to work?
- What is your overall goal with officiating?
